for Asthma Allergy Migraine

As per the Ayurveda, Bronchial Asthma is a Vatakaphaja disease, it begins in the stomach, and progresses to the lungs and bronchi. Hence the aim of treatment is to move the excess Kapha back to the stomach and then eliminate it. For this purpose following methods are adopted. Swedana (Sudation) Vamana (Therapeutic emesis) Virechana (Therapeutic purgation) These procedures will be followed as per the need of the individual patient. The practice of Pranayama, laxatives, a light diet at night and the use of warm water will help in the treatment of Asthma.
Panchakarma

Panchakarma treatment is basically a Bio-Cleansing regimen intended to eliminate the toxic elements from the body and thereby enhance immunity of the body. It has a great importance in ayurveda. Panchakarma treatment is believed to help in the radical elimination of the disease causing factors and maintain the equilibrium of doshas. The term Panchakarma means five procedures. These are vamana, virechana, asthapanavasthi, anuvasana vasthi and nasya.
